Revocation instructions
If you are a consumer according to § 13 BGB (German Law) you have the right to revoke your purchase without giving any reason.
The revocation period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us (LineGrip Corporation Ltd., Hauptstr. 41, 67714 Waldfischbach, Germany, CEO: Artur Riedrich, HRB 31413, Zweibrücken Municipal Court, VAT ID: DE303443939) of your decision to revoke this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter or email). You may use the attached sample revocation form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification concerning your exercise of the right of revocation before the revocation period has expired.
Exceptions from revocation
Products that have been specifically built/assembled according to your request (special colors), or have been personalized (laser marked) according to your request.
Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we have received the returned goods.
Refunds will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods and completed an inspection (please allow up to two (2) working days for inspection).
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired (we recommend keeping proof of shipment).
You bear the direct costs and risk of returning the goods. If you request a return label from us, the corresponding shipping costs will be deducted from your refund (please inquire about the applicable costs in advance).
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In particular, if products are used beyond normal inspection (e.g. used in the field) and returned with visible signs of use, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount for the loss in value from the refund, as the goods can no longer be sold as new.
Revocation and Returns from Non-EU Countries (Re-export / Re-import)
We are not obliged to grant a right of revocation to customers domiciled outside the European Union; therefore, returns from non-EU countries are generally excluded from this right.
If you nevertheless request a return, you will bear all costs and charges associated with the return shipment, including any costs arising from the re-export from your country and the re-import into Germany.
