Overload message
The LS3 will show “OVERLOAD” whenever the current load exceeds a predefined value, which is set at 30kN by factory default.
This value can be set by the user in the range of 20kN to 40kN in 5kN steps.
This setting can be found in the Service Menu under menu item #12 “Set overload message”.
NOTE!
The LS3 is built with 30kN WLL (working load limit). This is the force that the LS3 will sustain repeatedly and permanently without taking damage. The max load that was ever “seen” by the device is recorded in permanent memory, and will be read out before a repair. Should this value be above 30kN the service partner may reject warranty repair.
