My LS3 is damaged, I need repair – who do I contact?

There are currently three certified LS3 service partners who can repair a LineScale-3.

If you are located in America (USA, Canada, South America), contact CMC Rescue Inc. USA
If you are located in any other part of the world, contact LineGrip Corp. Germany (Headquarters)

The third service partner is located in Shanghai, China, and will service any units in the Asian region.
This is the LineGrip Corp. Shanghai Branch Office, and communication is managed through Headquarters in Germany.
